An ancient Japanese manual technique to eliminate anxiety and stress in seconds

Our daily lives are filled with  stress and tension  . Worries, work, and family problems can put our nervous system under considerable strain and reduce our quality of life.

In this article, we invite you to practice a   very effective  ancient Japanese technique for relieving anxiety and stress  . This technique is based on the power of the hands to create and strengthen internal connections.

This technique is called "  jin shin jyutsu  " and is practiced by keeping the hands open and applying pressure by aligning the fingers of both hands. Then, the left fist is closed and wrapped around the right hand.

Apply  pressure to the thumb  , the finger associated with stress, for about 30 seconds at 30-second intervals. The meaning and effectiveness of each finger are explained below.

  • The  little finger  is excellent for relieving anxiety, fatigue, and weakness. It is also associated with the intestines, heart, and bones.
  • The  ring finger  is associated with sadness and uncertainty, but also with the stomach and respiratory system.
  • The  middle finger  relieves anger, aggression or extreme fatigue, and is associated with liver problems, menstrual cramps and migraines.
  • The  index finger  is used to relieve fear and discomfort, but also kidney and bladder problems.
  • In addition to relieving stress and anxiety, the  thumb  can also relieve headaches and circulatory problems.
